How Do Credits Work?

Your subscription includes credits that refresh with each billing cycle and remain valid for an extended period. For monthly subscriptions, your credits can be used in both the current month and the following month - for example, January's credits remain valid through February. With annual plans, you receive your full year's worth of credits immediately and can use them whenever you need them throughout the year, plus they stay valid through your second subscription year.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can purchase addon credits at any time. These addon credits complement your subscription credits and remain valid as long as your subscription stays active. We offer bulk purchase discounts to help you save when buying larger quantities.

What happens if I downgrade my subscription?

When you downgrade your subscription, you keep all your current credits until your billing period ends. At that point, your old subscription credits expire and you'll get new credits based on your new plan. Keep in mind that any unused credits from your previous plan won't carry over to your new plan.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you'll maintain access to all features and credits until the end of your current billing period. After that, any unused credits (both subscription and addon) will become inaccessible. However, if you reactivate your subscription before it fully cancels, your credits will be restored. All your scripts and data remain saved in case you decide to resubscribe later.
