When do credits expire?

Credits are valid until the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to future billing periods.

• Monthly plans - Credits expire at the end of each month
• Annual plans - Credits for the entire year are received up front (not distributed monthly) and are usable anytime within the year

However, we do want to keep you creating productively. If you've used all your credits but need a few more before the next billing period begins, just reach out and we may be able to help.
